- vehicle reports saved in My Garage.
BYBAC is independent from dealerships and does not sell vehicles.
3. Important limitations
Reports, service intervals, repair prices, model-specific issues, negotiation figures and other guidance may be estimates, generalisations or informational aids. Actual vehicle condition, costs and suitability can vary significantly.
Before purchasing a vehicle, you should:

- verify information with the seller and relevant third parties;

4. Source data
Some information may originate from official GOV.UK, DVSA-related or other third-party sources. Although we aim to present useful information, source data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate or affected by technical issues. Information can also change after a report is generated.
BYBAC does not guarantee:
- a vehicle's condition or roadworthiness;
- ownership, provenance or legal status;
- the absence of finance, theft, write-off or other history issues unless a specific check is expressly stated as included;
- the accuracy or completeness of seller representations;
- the accuracy or completeness of third-party data;
- future servicing or repair costs;
- that an identified model-specific risk applies to a particular vehicle; or
- the price a seller will accept.
5. Accounts and My Garage
You may be able to sign in using email-based authentication and save reports in My Garage. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping access to your email account secure and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
My Garage is provided for convenience. You should keep your own copy of any information that is important to a purchasing decision. Saved reports may become unavailable if an account is closed, data is deleted or the service changes.
6. Permitted use
You may use BYBAC for your personal, lawful vehicle research. You must not:
- use BYBAC unlawfully or fraudulently;
- interfere with the app, its security measures or other users;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- introduce malicious code;
- use automated tools to scrape, harvest or extract data unless we agree in writing;
- overload or disrupt BYBAC;
- misrepresent a BYBAC report as an inspection, guarantee or professional advice;
- resell, republish or commercially exploit reports without our written permission; or
- infringe intellectual property or third-party rights.
7. Intellectual property
The BYBAC name, branding, app design, original written content and software are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. Third-party and official-source data may remain subject to the rights, licences and attribution requirements of its respective owners.

11. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary, including if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, misuse BYBAC or create a security risk.
You may stop using BYBAC at any time. To request account deletion, email support@beforeyoubuyacar.co.uk.
12. Governing law
